Pros +

It was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was especially helpful in finding a wheelchair accessible room.
Great stay! So comfortable and clean. Room was so spacious compared to other business type hotels I have stayed in Japan. Staff were so kind and helpful. Hotel is in a peaceful and quiet location. Only about 10-15 minutes walk from the station so convenient to access the town or trains/ buses for traveling around. I really enjoyed my stay, was relaxing and excellent value for money. Lovely view from the window!
Included breakfast was good. Layout of room maximised space. Nice view. Onsen. Restaurant for dinner also did take out.

Cons -

The beds are a bit hard
Allergens were not listed on the food at the breakfast buffet. As a vegetarian, there were limited options and without allergens listed on the food items it was quite difficult.
Location is not too far from station but most other hotels closer. Only one Onsen open during our stay.

Breakfast was ok. Could be better.

9SamPosted on: 8-26-2023

It was convenient, free car parking, onsen, room was quite spacious for the price. The staff was well versed with English.

The breakfast was good but could have change some items on daily basis. The breakfast was same for all the days we were there.

The property is pretty modern and the spread of breakfast was good. The Onsen is good.

A bit out of the way for traveller without a car it was 12 mins from the train station for those with just a suitcase.
